Occupational Therapist – Hull City Council (Locality Teams)
Hourly Rate: £40.97
Location: Hull
Working Pattern: Flexible hours – minimum 2 days per week office-based (ideally 3–4)
Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Hull City Council’s Locality Teams.
This role requires an OT with a solid background in adult social care, able to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions to support independence, safety, and wellbeing within the community. Flexibility with start and finish times is available, but a regular office presence is essential for collaborative working.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out complex assessments and interventions in line with adult social care policies.
• Work as part of a Locality Team, contributing to effective multidisciplinary practice.
• Promote independence and ensure individuals receive the appropriate support to meet their needs.
• Manage a varied caseload effectively, with a focus on positive outcomes.

Requirements:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration.
• Demonstrable experience within adult social care/community OT.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills.
• Availability to work from the office at least 2 days per week (preferably 3–4).
