Pertemps are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care team in North Lincolnshire. This is a rewarding community-based role where you’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, promoting independence, wellbeing, and safety in their homes and communities.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Complete holistic assessments of adults with physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments.
• Develop and deliver person-centred intervention plans to promote independence and reduce risk.
• Recommend and facilitate the provision of equipment, adaptations, and assistive technology.
• Work collaboratively with the people of North Lincolnshire, their carers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with professional and legal standards.
• Contribute to safeguarding processes and effective risk management strategies.
• Promote the principles of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and other relevant legislation.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of adult social care legislation and practice.
• Experience in community-based OT work (preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
