Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a leading Electronic business based in Southampton.



Responsibilities as a Production Team Leader:

• Lead a team of CAD Designers

• Training and building the team

• Manage and delegate projects to ensure items are designed to industry and company standards

• Provide solutions that meet customer needs

• Translate organisational goals into actionable plans for the team

• Monitor projects and suggest improvements

• Be involved in recruitment and training of new team members

• Asses team performance and implement team goals and objectives

• Undertake company auditing as part of the quality management process

Requirements:

• Experience working within an electrical or manufacturing business

• People management certification is desirable

• Proven experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment

• Certificate in either Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design or CAD Technology

• Strong problem solving skills and delegating expertise

The Production Team Leader role:

• Competitive Salary

• Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising up to 25 days with length of service)
