JOB TITLE: Corporate Lawyer                
PQE REQUIRED: 5+        
LOCATION: West Yorkshire             
SALARY: Competitive
                    
OVERVIEW:
• Work closely with the commercial property and commercial litigation teams on a varied, stimulating caseload.
• Manage your own corporate matters, including negotiations, transactions and corporate governance.
• Collaborate across departments to cross-refer work and deliver seamless client support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the firm’s corporate practice.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality transactional work.
• Strong technical skills and sound commercial awareness.
• Confident working collaboratively across departments and building trusted relationships.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
