OVERVIEW:
•Join a firm with experts in compensation claims
•They and specialise in industrial disease to include, but not limited to, hearing loss and military hearing loss, asbestos claims and vibration white finger claims
•The appointed lawyer will manage a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files
•Responsibilities include taking and drafting witness statements, obtaining and reviewing records, liability investigations and preparing for conferences and hearings
•The firm is seeking lawyers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with the full range of industrial disease matters
•You will have good technical abilities
•Excellent communication and organisation skills
