Multi Trader (Plumbing)

Multi Trader (Plumbing Specialist) – North London Rate: £29 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 3-Month Ongoing
Start: ASAP

We’re looking for a skilled Multi Trader with a strong plumbing background to carry out a wide range of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and refurbishment works across occupied and void housing properties and other Council-owned premises in North London.
The successful candidate will specialise in plumbing, while also being confident and competent across several other trades to ensure high-quality, professional delivery on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake reactive plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Carry out a variety of building works, refurbishments, and renewals
• Support with occupational therapy adaptations in domestic properties
• Work safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Ensure compliance with current standards, regulations, and best trade practices
• Deliver excellent customer service in occupied homes

Requirements:

• Fully competent in plumbing (essential)
• Skilled in at least three additional trades such as:
  
  • Carpentry
  • Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Basic Electrical (Part P desirable)
• Proven experience working in domestic maintenance and repairs
• Ability to work independently and produce professional-quality work
• Full UK driving licence preferred
