The Role
The role is centred around the refurbishment of key developments, requiring a pragmatic and skilled mindset. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is not just a desk job; it involves significant fieldwork, supporting suppliers and contractors, ensuring that every aspect of the project runs smoothly.

Working Arrangements 
Flexibility is a key component of this role. While the expectation is for the candidate to be on-site three days a week, there is a degree of flexibility to accommodate the demands of the project and personal circumstances. This balance ensures that the role remains both challenging and accommodating.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from a construction and building surveying background. A proven track record in managing refurbishment projects is essential, along with the ability to navigate the complexities of such undertakings. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to think on one’s feet are paramount.

Contract
This is a contract position lasting between 6 to 9 months, with a competitive pay rate of £450 - £550 per day under an umbrella arrangement. This role not only offers financial rewards but also the satisfaction of contributing to significant and impactful projects.
