Occupational Therapist – Adults (Walsall)

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Adults Occupational Therapist to join Walsall’s Adult Social Care service. This role focuses on enabling residents to live safely and independently through high‑quality assessments, planning and collaborative intervention.

You will:

• Complete functional Enablement Assessments with adults in the community
• Work collaboratively to develop personalised Enablement Plans
• Provide clear instruction and guidance to Enablement Officers delivering interventions
• Recommend equipment, adaptations and strategies to maximise independence
• Support safe discharge planning and reduce risks within the home environment

You need:

• Experience working as an Occupational Therapist within adult social care, reablement or community settings
• HCPC registration
• Strong assessment, planning and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Pay rate: £28.40 per hour
