🧠 Occupational Therapist – Adults (Locum)
📍 North Yorkshire | 💷 £35 per hour | 🕘 Hybrid & Flexible Working (2–4 days office-based)

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for promoting independence and improving quality of life? We're seeking a skilled Adults OT to join a forward-thinking, supportive team in North Yorkshire.

🔔 Must have recent Adults OT experience and supervision capabilities. Minimum 2 days per week in-office required (ideally 3–4).

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Assess and support adults with disabilities, complex physical needs, and age-related conditions
Deliver interventions including moving & handling, major adaptations, and specialist equipment
Facilitate timely hospital discharges and prevent unnecessary admissions
Supervise and guide junior staff where required
Liaise effectively with multi-agency partners (e.g. housing, health, social care)
Produce high-quality written assessments, support plans, and clinical reports

✅ About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings expertise, empathy, and drive. You will have:

A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registration
Minimum 2 years’ post-qualifying experience in adult services
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Major adaptations
- Moving & handling
- Paediatric/complex needs equipment
Proven ability to work within multi-agency frameworks
Strong assessment and documentation skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential Car User Allowance applies)
Supervisory experience is highly desirable
