Quality & Coordination Manager – Repairs & Maintenance

📍 London (3 days office-based, 2 days flexible)
💷 Up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
🕒 Permanent | Full-time, 37 hours per week


A senior role responsible for the day to day management of Quality and Co-ordination of the 3 areas of operation for Homecare, Repairs, Compliance & Complaints/Disrepair working under the direction and supporting the Senior Commercial Manager.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Quality & Coordination Manager to join a busy and growing Repairs & Maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in ensuring services are delivered smoothly, to the highest quality, and with customers firmly at the centre.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing workflows, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that high-profile works are prioritised and completed on time. With a balance of operational oversight and strategic input, this role is key to driving both quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate workflows across the Repairs & Maintenance service.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-profile works with consistent quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Apply strong project management skills to ensure smooth, efficient delivery.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery.
