Pay rate to £40 per hour

Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as an Assistant Team Manager in a Mental Health Team in Tameside Council. 
 
To support the team manager in all aspects of the team management in adult social care working with adults and transitions with mental illness
Candidate must have mental health experience as well as adult social care experience that is able to attend in the office a minimum of 4 days a week. The role is Monday to Friday 36hrs
Based in Tameside we have 3 bases and initially it will be a different base on different days
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
