Adult Social Worker, Neighbourhood Team
Pay rates £30-35 per hour
Must be local to Bolton
We are recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Workers to work in a Neighbourhood Team in Bolton.
Candidates should have experience and knowledge of:

• Care act assessment,
• Strength based support planning 
• BIA and capacity reviews,
• Safeguarding
• Candidates must have 2 years experience within a specific neighbourhood team - otherwise 3 years experience+ is required
• Candidates must be local to Bolton and able to commit to working in Bolton as role is hybrid but must be able to make it in to the office or complete a visit at short notice
• 50/50 office and Hybrid working but candidates will be fully office based for the first 4 weeks.
