The Role
A thriving secondary school in Wolverhampton is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join them from January 2026. This long-term supply role involves teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging theory and practical lessons that build students’ knowledge, confidence, and curiosity.
You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing progress, and contributing to a supportive and forward-thinking Science department. This role suits both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for a well-structured and encouraging environment to develop their practice.
The Candidate
We are looking for a motivated and reflective educator with a passion for Science. You should be:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (applications from ECTs welcome)
- Confident teaching KS3 and KS4 Science
- Skilled at delivering engaging, hands-on lessons
- Strong in behaviour management and classroom routines
- Organised, adaptable, and committed to raising attainment
