Job Description
An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Solihull is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maths Teacher to join their team on a long-term supply basis from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator looking to make a real difference.

- Daily Rate: £175 – £250 (dependent on experience)
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering well-structured and engaging Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils’ progress, fostering a positive learning environment, and preparing students for GCSE success. Planning, marking, and assessment will be part of your duties, alongside contributing to the Maths department’s wider aims.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable teacher who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management skills
- Has a passion for Mathematics and a proven ability to inspire students
- Is proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching
