A popular secondary school in Solihull is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is an excellent long-term supply opportunity for a passionate and skilled educator keen to make an impact in a supportive environment.

• Position: Science Teacher (KS3 & KS4, including Triple Science)
• Location: Solihull
• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract: Long-term supply
• Pay: £175–£250 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)
• School Rating: Ofsted ‘Good’

 
The Role:
In this role, you will deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, including Triple Science. You will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing pupils, fostering a positive learning environment where students can excel. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to stretch high-achieving learners, alongside supporting those who need extra help, is essential.
 
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Have proven experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (Triple Science experience preferred)
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards
• Be passionate about Science, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Be adaptable, proactive, and a team player, ready to contribute to wider school life
