The Role:
Work with the Science department to support KS4 pupils who need extra help across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. You will deliver 1:1 and small group intervention, reinforce lesson content, support revision, and help pupils build confidence with exam preparation and core scientific concepts.
 
The Candidate:
You are clear, organised, and able to explain scientific ideas in a way pupils can actually follow. You want practical secondary school experience, enjoy helping students improve in Science, and are keen to develop the classroom skills needed for a future in teaching.
 
Requirements

• Degree – A 2:2 or above in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Natural Sciences, or a related subject.
• Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Career Goals – A desire to train as a teacher and build a long-term career in education.
