Looking to gain specialist SEN experience before teacher training or a career in psychology?

*** SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant
*** £80 – £110 per day
*** September 2025 – July 2026
*** School Location: Ward of Hodge Hill
*** 1:1 and small group support in Autism and ADHD

The Role
You’ll work closely with pupils who have additional needs, providing targeted 1:1 and small group support to help them access the curriculum, regulate their emotions, and build positive relationships. You’ll assist with behaviour strategies, classroom routines, and tailored learning plans. Working alongside the SENCO and class teachers, you’ll help implement interventions that make a real difference to pupil progress and wellbeing.

Any experience working with children—especially those with Autism or ADHD—is a strong advantage.
