The Role
You’ll begin as a trainee maths teacher in a supportive secondary school, gradually taking on teaching responsibilities while working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You’ll be mentored by experienced staff, deliver lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, and develop your subject knowledge and classroom practice throughout the year—all while earning a full salary.
 
The Candidate
You’re a maths graduate (or from a related field) with a 2:2 or above, strong A-Level results, and a real desire to teach. You’re confident, resilient, and ready to step into the classroom with energy and purpose. No teaching experience is required—just a commitment to education and your subject.
