Pertemps Education are supporting a fantastic Secondary school in West London looking for Behaviour Mentors to work with students in KS3 and KS4 who require additional behavioural support.
This is a rewarding role for someone who understands how to remain calm under pressure, set clear boundaries, and help young people re-engage with their learning.
You will:

• Support students displaying challenging behaviour
• Act as a positive role model and mentor
• Work within classrooms and pastoral spaces
• Help students regulate emotions and return to learning

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working in schools
• Are confident in behaviour management
• Have a patient, consistent and firm approach
• Can build trust with secondary-aged pupils
