Adult Social Work Senior Practitioner, Richmond Mental Health Social Care 
£36 per hour  
The Senior Social Worker role is based in Richmond Mental Health Social Care Team, based at Twickenham Civic Centre (20mins from Clapham Junction by train). 
 
The Senior Social Worker supports the Assistant Team Manager and Team Manager to ensure the delivery of a person-centred service for adults with an enduring mental health diagnosis with their social care needs and their carers. 
 
This includes the supervision of staff, Social Workers and Social Care Assessors, within the service and acting a Safeguarding Adult Manager (SAM) for S42 enquiries (safeguarding). 
 
The Senior Social Worker will also be responsible for a caseload of 15 more complex cases, maintaining a high level of professional service. 
 
They have a lead role in promoting high standards of front-line practice and managing duty as part of a rota.
