Occupational Therapist Team Manager, Enfield  
Overseeing a busy in house therapy led reablement service. You will work closely with the CQC Registered Manager and OT Assistant Team Manager to deliver a reablement service focussed on supporting residents to achieve independence following hospital discharge and residents in the community. You will be responsible for the supervision of OT staff, delivering a therapy led reablement service, ensuring the service is outcome focussed and meets the goals of the residents using the service. You will be responsible for triaging referrals and working closely with the registered manager to ensure in house care capacity is being utilised effectively. 
£40 per hour
