The Integrated Learning Disabilities Service (ILDS) is passionate about supporting residents to lead a life of their choice. As a multidisciplinary team our social work practitioners work closely with health disciplines, sharing skills, knowledge and experience to ensure the delivery of quality and robust services for our residents. The ILDS comprises three distinct pathway; Ongoing Support and Reviews 25+ Preparing for Adulthood 18-25 Recovery and Enhanced Support - managing admission avoidance Our current vacancy is within the Preparing for Adulthood Pathway.
