Carrying out Care Act Conversations using the 3 Conversation model. This includes, working with adults with various needs including Learning Disabilities, people with complex care needs, dementia, older adults, etc. The role also involves undertaking safeguarding enquires, Mental capacity conversations and court work as necessary. The role includes being part of the duty rota serving the adults within the East locality area of Wolverhampton. 
Pay up to £28.40ph  
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
