Adult’s Social Worker, Best Interest Assessor, Trafford 
Pay rate £32 per hour 
Contract role, BIA 
We are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Trafford 
This is to work as a Best Interest Assessor, and is a full-time role 
Key Responsibilities 

• Undertake timely Best Interests Assessments in line with the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS legislation 

• Complete high-quality, evidence-based assessments and reports 

• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring all work is prioritised effectively 

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary professionals and care providers 

• Contribute to maintaining internal assessment capacity, reducing reliance on external providers 

• Ensure practice is compliant with legal frameworks, local policy, and best practice guidance
