We are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Disrepair Case Manager in Greater Manchester 
This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority setting 

• The Disrepair Case Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end management of all housing disrepair cases, ensuring legal compliance, timely completion of works, and high‑quality customer outcomes.  

• The role acts as the central point of coordination between residents, legal teams, contractors, surveyors, and internal departments.
