Adult’s Social Worker – Safeguarding Team

£35 per hour
Hybrid Working

An experienced Adult’s Social Worker is required to join a Safeguarding Team within a local authority in North West London.
This role involves working with vulnerable adults to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and independence while managing complex safeguarding concerns in line with statutory duties and legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of adults at risk
• Completing safeguarding enquiries and assessments
• Developing support and protection plans
• Working closely with health professionals and partner agencies
• Conducting Mental Capacity Assessments where required
• Maintaining accurate case records and reports
• Attending safeguarding meetings and case conferences

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration
• Qualified Social Worker status
• Previous experience within Adult Services
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and legislation understanding
• Ability to manage complex cases effectively
