Occupational Therapist – Reablement
Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid – 50% face-to-face)
Pay: £36.54 per hour
Are you passionate about helping people live as independently as possible? We’re looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Reablement Service in Wiltshire.
In this role, you’ll:

• Carry out strengths-based assessments and design innovative, personalised reablement plans.
• Provide expert advice on equipment and decision-making.
• Support and train team members while acting as a professional lead.
• Work flexibly and independently, with the autonomy to manage your own diary and caseload.

You’ll play a key part in helping people regain confidence and reduce their need for long-term care – making a real difference every day.

What we’re looking for:

• A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for promoting independence.
