Job Title: Drill Press Operator
Location: Evesham
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Drill Press Operator to join our team in Evesham. In this role, you will be responsible for operating press machinery, carrying out drilling/tapping, general assembly, packing, and performing in-process quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate drill press and related machinery safely and efficiently.
• Carry out duties such as machine operation, assembly, and packing as directed by the Production Manager.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure high standards are met.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety and Environmental guidelines on site.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards, ensuring equipment is kept clean and in safe working order.
• Report any unsafe operations immediately to the Production Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in press-based processes is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
