Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team in Worcester. This role involves working from Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the production line operations.
• Preparing, assembling, and packaging products as required.
• Ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and safe.
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
