Experienced Warehouse Performance Coach

Hours                         ~          Wednesday - Sunday 16:00 – 00:00 but must be flexible.

Pay Rate                    ~          £17.04

Job Description – Performance Coach (Chilled Environment)

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a chilled warehouse environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and effectively manage a team.
Solid understanding of people management practices.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster effective collaboration between Pertemps staff and client teams.
Lead and support warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.
Challenge poor performance through 1-to-1s.
Organise and conduct monthly staff engagement sessions (‘surgeries’) to address issues, gather feedback, and provide support.
