Warehouse Operatives – Immediate Starts Available
Location: Skelmersdale (WN8)
Hourly Rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Full-Time, Ongoing Work, Weekly Pay

We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution centre in Skelmersdale. With immediate starts available, full training provided, and long-term opportunities, this is a great chance to secure ongoing work.

What you’ll get:

• £13.00 p/h (Earlies), £13.50 p/h (Lates)

Shift Pattern:
Working any 5 days out of 7 (Mon–Sun)

• Rotating shifts:
• 08:00 – 16:00
• 16:00 – 00:00

(Flexibility required across both shifts)

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Working with robot-assisted picking systems
• Using picking equipment and warehouse technology
• Meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety

What we’re looking for:

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential
• Reliable, punctual and able to work full-time hours
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

• As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be required to complete standard drug and alcohol screening in line with site safety requirements.
