We’re working with an exciting and growing company who are looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee and manage their online presence. This role is primarily focused on posting, messaging and managing social media communication across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media activity across multiple platforms.
• Respond to messages, enquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and publish posts to maintain active engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement.
• Assist with community management and audience growth.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
