Pay - £12.92 per hour 

Hours - Monday to Thursday 06.40am-14.40pm, Friday 06:55am–12:55pm

Contract - Ongoing temporary

Location - Speke

Pertemps are recruiting for Waste Operatives to work at a busy production site in South Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

 
Main duties:

• Collecting waste and recyclable materials from designated areas across the site
  
  
• Separating recyclables and non-recyclables in line with site procedures
  
  
• Operating lifting or loading equipment to handle and transport waste (full training provided)
  
  
• Assisting in the unloading of waste at designated disposal or recycling points
  
  
• Keeping waste storage areas clean, tidy, and compliant with site regulations
  
  
• Reporting any issues or irregularities to the site supervisor
  
  
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety standards 
  
  

 
Key attributes required:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  
  
• Must be physically fit and able to work across a large site
  
  
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently when required
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to the role
  
  
• Team player with a proactive attitude
  
  
• Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
