Pay: £14.10 per hour (£29,328 per annum)
Overtime:

• 1.5x rate on weekdays

• 2x rate on weekends

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern (Mon–Fri):

• 05:00 – 14:00 or

• 06:00 – 15:00

(Flexible start times available)

Contract: Temp‑to‑Perm after 12 successful weeks via Pertemps

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cookhouse Supervisor to join a busy food production environment in Evesham. This is a hands‑on supervisory role with responsibility for overseeing daily food production operations, maintaining standards, and supporting the team.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food production supervisor role (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Ability to supervise and motivate a production team

• Comfortable working early shifts in a fast‑paced environment

• Reliable and detail‑focused approach to work
