Job Role: HR Advisor - This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about people and thrives on variety
Location: Droitwich – due to the location you must have access to your own car
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (no hybrid or remote working)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor as well as Managers and Partners to provide full, professional support across the practice
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll and employee benefits administration
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Help implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with legislation and company policies and standards
  • Support performance management and employee review processes
  • Monitor and report on HR statistics
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data
 What We’re Looking For:
  • Up to date employment law and legislation
  • Employee Relations knowledge with the ability to influence at all levels including partners/managers
  • Practical and logical ability to problem solve quickly
  • Ability to design clear and fair company policies
  • Proven experience with Statutory calculations
  • Knowledge and experience of dealing with performance improvement and welfare cases
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Prior experience in an HR capacity
