Executive Network Group, a group of specialist recruitment brands in Birmingham are seeking a Support & Payroll Administrator to help advance our growing business.
This opportunity is integral to ENG’s success, working and supporting our recruitment function with support duties and managing the weekly payroll function.
This individual will work proactively within the support team to compile reports inclusive of recruitment data, utilise our software to a high level and provide world class support to our recruitment team to help make recruitment better.
Within this role we need a proactive administrator who enjoys producing reports, maintaining a great level of communication with colleagues whilst understanding the importance of data management, advertising vacancies online and being extremely detail orientated to ensure the weekly payroll function runs smoothly. You will liaise with the recruitment team whilst taking and managing calls, providing an exceptional level of customer service.
Previous experience within administration or payroll will be advantageous. Must be skilled on Excel and have worked with a CRM system.
