Sales Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a sales coordinator to work with a mechanical services company in Caterham.

Responsibilities will include;
- Liaising with Customers post sale to arrange installs
- Taking payments from customers over the phone
- Booking in engineers and managing diaries of fitters
- Co-ordination of jobs, managing customer issues or daily challenges as they arise

The ideal candidate will have some logistics, service coordinator, planner or customer service experience.

You should be proactive and confident talking to people on the phone, have diary management/coordination experience and be a good problem solver.

This is a temporary ongoing role which could become permanent for the right person.
