Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide professional support to 2 senior leaders. Acting as the first point of contact for Directors, you’ll manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare documents and communications, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly with efficiency and discretion.

What you’ll be doing as a Personal Assistant

This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating clearly across all levels, and anticipating needs before they arise. If you’re a skilled PA who thrives on being one step ahead and making things happen, we’d love to hear from you. As a Personal Assistant, you will:
  • Proactively manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts across multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee inboxes, prioritising key actions, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements, and process expenses efficiently.
  • Prepare agendas, organise meeting logistics, and capture clear notes and action points.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal events, including team offsites and engagement activities.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and collaboration across the wider support team.

Base location: Clearwater Court, Reading – Hybrid with minimum 2 days in the office

Working hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What you should bring to the role

You’ll bring confidence, professionalism and strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Proven experience providing high-level PA or administrative support to senior leaders.
  • Excellent diary management skills across virtual and in-person settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across all levels.
  • Professional, discreet, and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Desirable
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously.
  • Experience organising internal events or off-sites.
  • Comfortable capturing minutes or informal meeting notes.
