Warehouse Operatives – Pallet Stacker / FLT Support (Days & Nights)

Start Date: 27th April
Training: 2 days paid training on day shift (08:00–17:00) for all new starters

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: £15.70 per hour (08:00–17:00, Monday–Saturday)
• Night Shift: £16.70 per hour (21:30–06:00, Monday–Saturday

Pertemps Milton Keynes are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client, AQA. These are active, hands‑on roles that involve pallet stacker operation, forklift support, and general warehouse duties.

All candidates must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence.

• Day shift: You will not operate an FLT but must hold the licence to allow pallet stacker training.

• Night shift: You will operate the FLT as part of the role.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a pallet stacker (full training provided)
• FLT operation on night shift only
• Manual handling and pallet movement
• Picking, packing, loading and unloading
• Supporting wider warehouse operations
• Maintaining health & safety and good housekeeping standards

 
Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience desirable
• Reliable, hardworking and safety‑conscious
• Ability to work well as part of a fast‑paced team
