Job Description

We seek a vital team member to join our Capital Delivery London teams. This role supports various functions, including design, commercial, construction, and project management. The successful candidate will be vital in organising and ensuring the team's smooth operation. Working closely with team managers in a fast-paced environment, they will be responsible for tracking and distributing information to facilitate effective delivery. What you’ll be doing
  • Project and office administration.
  • Coordinate activities across the team and provide and deliver reports, presentations, and data analyses to support meetings.
  • Support functionality across the Delivery Office through designing and delivering effective processes.
  • Support delivery through progress tracking and reporting.
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
  • Raising purchase orders and assisting with buying and payment operations for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with Health and Safety activities across the team.
Hybrid –Hampton Coal Wharf or Reading, you will be required in the office or on-site 1-2 days a week

36 hours a week, Monday to Friday

What you should bring to the role
  • Knowledge and a background in a previous admin role
  • Microsoft Office background knowledge and comfortable using it
  • Confidence to speak to all levels of external and internal stakeholders
What’s in it for you?
  • This role will be offering a salary between £28,000 and £33,000 per annum
  • 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 with the length of service (Plus bank holidays)
