Customer Service Administrator

Sheridan Maine are delighted to be working with an established Basingstoke business who are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator into their team. 

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, key duties of the role will include:

• Communicating with customers and assisting with sales enquiries
• Taking customer orders and processing onto the sales order system
• Liaising with internal departments in relation to orders and customer queries
• Updating customer account information
• Proactively contacting customers to generate repeat orders
• Booking service and repair visits with the engineers

This role will suit a highly organised individual who can maintain a professional communication manner and is able to build rapport with customers. The company is seeking an individual who is a team player as well as having good numerical and IT skills. Training can be provided however candidates must have some prior customer service experience.
