Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, key duties of the role will include:
- Communicating with customers and assisting with sales enquiries
- Taking customer orders and processing onto the sales order system
- Liaising with internal departments in relation to orders and customer queries
- Updating customer account information
- Proactively contacting customers to generate repeat orders
- Booking service and repair visits with the engineers
This role will suit a highly organised individual who can maintain a professional communication manner and is able to build rapport with customers. The company is seeking an individual who is a team player as well as having good numerical and IT skills. Training can be provided however candidates must have some prior customer service experience.
