We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Senior Data Analyst to drive insights across our end-to-end supply chain, performance, and change programs.
What you’ll do:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that directly impact business performance. Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders, your analysis will inform strategy, optimise processes, and improve efficiency across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Collect, analyse, and interpret datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations to improve business processes and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain performance reports for key stakeholders.
- Support the development and interpretation of data models to optimise performance and spend.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure performance and drive improvement.
- Monitor trends and anomalies, pre-empting and resolving potential issues.
- Support prioritisation of actions based on data-driven insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Ensure reports are tailored for the needs of various departments.
- Maintain comprehensive data visualisations to support informed decision-making.
- Proven experience in data analysis, ideally in operations, retail, or financial services.
- Expertise in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL, Power BI, and Python.
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, modelling, and dashboard creation.
- Experience with IT applications, platforms, and data warehouses.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience in retail or multi-site environments.
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems.
- Background in performance management or similar functions in complex organisations.
