Receptionist – Eurocentral
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: Monday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client at their Eurocentral site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills to take on a varied and rewarding role, with the potential to progress from temporary to permanent employment.

Key Duties:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages where appropriate.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and supporting the coordination of onsite meetings.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning and data entry.
  • Assisting with staff enquiries and supporting other departments when required.
  • Maintaining reception and office areas to ensure a professional environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
