Logistics Co-ordinator
Location: OX10
Hours: 40 hours per week (07:00-3:30pm or 08:00-4:30pm)
Reports to: Logistics Manager
We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced team. This hands-on role involves receiving, storing, and issuing stock, operating a forklift, and supporting production and dispatch activities.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in stockroom or dispatch procedures, preferably in manufacturing
• Computer literate with good communication skills
• Physically able to lift weights as per Health & Safety guidelines
• Forklift licence desirable (training can be provided)
• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
• SAP knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect goods, report shortages or damages
• Record and manage stock movements accurately
• Support production and dispatch by issuing and kitting materials
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure stock control
• Adhere to FIFO and Health & Safety procedures
