JOB TITLE: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £60K plus

THE ROLE:
A thriving and busy corporate commercial team with an impressive client base, is looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their highly rated team in Northampton. You will be dealing with a strong pipeline of highly quality work and be in receipt of the support of the experienced partners who are committed to development. If you are looking for more responsibility, the opportunity to influence and mentor junior members of the team then this is the role for you. The role will be varied and cover all aspects of corporate and commercial including demergers, joint ventures, corporate restructures, M&A, commercial contracts and corporate governance issues.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 5 years PQE in handling your own caseload of corporate commercial matters and be looking for a supportive and encouraging environment where you will see your career flourish. As the appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor you will be building long-term client relationships and ensuring an exceptional service is delivered. Ideal Corporate Commercial Solicitors will have experience of supporting and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to the team’s development and learning. In addition to fee earning, you will also be expected to drive the growth of the team through networking and business development activities.
