COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
Join an established and respected team comprising another partner, two experienced legal secretaries and a team of paralegals. Work with a strong existing client base while also having the freedom to develop your own, Commercial Property focused caseload including leases, acquisitions/disposals and landlord & tenant work. This is a real opportunity to lead and influence the direction of the department. You will be confident managing a broad caseload independently, have strong business development skills and a desire to take on a more strategic role. Previous experience supervising junior staff or contributing to team development is desirable. Suitable for a legal professional seeking a long-term position with partnership potential.
