JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Ipswich
SALARY: £45k - £60k

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm in Ipswich. The firm is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, ranging from regional businesses to larger national organisations. You will become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, gaining exposure to a broad mix of commercial property matters. This will include leases, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters, and licences. The role offers high-quality work from day one, alongside genuine opportunities for progression.

THE CANDIDATE
We are keen to speak with Solicitors or Legal Executives with practising rights and a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property. You will have solid technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. You should also be comfortable building and maintaining client relationships, while working closely with experienced Partners who will support your ongoing development.

The team advises on the full spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and property management issues such as rent reviews, dilapidations, and lease renewals.
