OVERVIEW:
•The main purpose of this role is to support the Joint Head of Conveyancing within a high volume residential conveyancing practice
•Responsibilities include drafting standard correspondence and legal documents, preparing contract packs and submitting property searches, and liaising with estate agents, brokers, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction flow.
•Managing completions and post completion processes, including handling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions, maintaining accurate file management and compliance, and coordinating diary schedules and client care activities.
•The ideal candidate will be organised, detail oriented, and experienced in residential conveyancing, thriving in a fast paced environment.
•You will be confident in using case management systems, the candidate can work proactively, anticipate senior fee earners’ needs, and ensure matters progress efficiently.
