Commercial Property Locum | Fully Remote | 3–6 month assignment | Job Ref: 215303197

A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Locum to support their busy department on a fully remote basis.

The Role
You will be assisting a busy Commercial Property team, working alongside another Solicitor to help manage an active caseload. The assignment will run for approximately 3–6 months, or until a permanent hire is made.

Key Details:
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 3–6 months (approx.) or until permanent hire
• Location: Fully remote
• Working pattern: Minimum 3 days per week, with flexibility (ideally 9:00am – 5:00pm)
• Experience required: Ideally 3–7 PQE, though all levels will be considered

Caseload:
• General Commercial Property matters within a busy department
• Working alongside an experienced Solicitor overseeing the workload

Additional Experience:
• Experience working with academies or within the education sector would be advantageous, but is not essential

This is a fantastic opportunity for a locum looking for flexibility and fully remote working, while supporting a well-established firm during a busy period.
