JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor

THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and well-regarded property disputes team in Leeds. The successful candidate will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters including disputes relating to landlord and tenant issues, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light. The role offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment. You will advise a diverse client base across a range of sectors and play a key role in delivering practical, commercially focused solutions to complex property disputes.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with approximately 4 to 5 years’ PQE and strong experience in commercial property disputes. You will have handled a wide range of matters including landlord and tenant disputes and other property-related litigation. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills together with a strong client-focused approach. You will be confident managing your own caseload while contributing to the wider team and committed to delivering high quality legal services.
